A Gorgeous Space...
A Breath of Life in the Allegheny Cemetery. Gordon's contemporary American love-story comes to life in a hollow around a lake where hundreds of candles float. Opera Theater’s singers and musicians collaborate with the extraordinary dancers of Attack Theatre for a modern rite of rebirth.
A Breathtaking Story...
Orpheus loses his beloved wife, Euridice, to a deadly virus. Heartbroken, he tries to summon his wife back to life with the sounds of his glorious clarinet. After fate tears them asunder, can true love reunite them? Don't miss this music and dance production, performed against the backdrop of the historic Allegheny Cemetery in Lawrenceville.
An Unforgettable Experience...
Visit the cemetery before the performance and stroll among the monumental statuary. Bring a picnic basket, or purchase a sandwich onsite courtesy of Deli on Butler Street. Don't miss this remarkable production!
